Carol Meredith Consultancy offers a range of high quality, professional services to not-for-profit organisations including charitable groups, public sector agencies, and grant making organisations. With a background of senior roles in the voluntary sector, and 16 years as a consultant, Carol brings keen awareness and experience of the public and voluntary sectors to her work in evaluation, development, and assessment.
Carol's working knowledge of the not-for-profit sector is extensive and draws on her experience of working with communities across the North East to evaluate projects. The experience of assessing a diversity of charitable organisations enables her to quickly assimilate issues that affect community-based services.
Carol completed the evaluation module for regeneration partnerships endorsed by the DTLR. Her role as a former trustee of two regional charities, and as the current independent chair of a community panel, bring direct experience of governance. Her grantmaking background, including representation at national level for the BIG Lottery, brings an assessor's perspective to her work.
